Google User Data
PewPros offers an optional feature that lets you connect your Google Calendar so that bookings, classes, and appointments you manage with us are reflected on your calendar. If you choose to connect your Google account, we request access to the following Google data through Google's OAuth consent process:
-
Your Google Calendar (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar), used to create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to bookings, classes, and appointments you manage with us. -
Your Google account email address (scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email), used to identify which Google account is connected.
We access this data only to provide the calendar-synchronization feature described above. We store an encrypted Google refresh token and the email address of the connected account. We do not store the contents of your calendar, and we do not read calendar events that we did not create.
You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from within the application, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, we delete the stored Google refresh token associated with your account.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell Google user data, we do not allow humans to read Google user data except as required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where you have given affirmative consent, and we do not transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide or improve the calendar-synchronization feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
